  3. Within 48 hours of your enquiry being released to your chosen suppliers they will contact you on the number/s you have provided to arrange a convenient time to visit you , with a view to providing you with a no obligation quotation.
  4. We will call you to ensure all suppliers have made contact with you and acted in a courteous and helpful manner
  5. Contact you to ensure all appointments are fulfilled and your requirements have been met.
